Fall Desktop Wallpaper

how do i put a desktop theme or wallpaper on my computer?

i have windows vista. i need a good site to download a free "the matrix falling code" wallpaper or desktop theme. i'd also like to change the cursor to something matrix and maybe the desktop icons and text but i'm not sure how?????please help...i need simple instructions!!!
