Fall Desktop Wallpaper

I got a virus on my PC 13/1/09 whick Mcaffe cannot remove.?

When my computer loads up the first thing to appear when PC fully loaded up was MSN but now my documents are opening with it (this has never happened before). Then where I used to have a wallpaper of kids (now gone) a square image is embedded saying WARNING, Dangerous spyware, many viruses where found on your computer such as :Trojan Horse,Passcapture, etc. Your personal information can fall into the "third hands. Please check up the computer with a special software. Thank. Also there is a speech bubble appearing from my bottom right hand side desktop(bottom bar) saying; Warning Security Report: Your computer is infected! It is recommended to start spyware cleaner tool. (this will then direct you to a sight to pay to remove this) Can anyone give me information what this virus is called or how to get rid of it as Mcaffe cannot. Any help will be much appreciated.

  9. First..change all your Passwords..all of them.. .. Next..Save all your Files..your Personal Files..NO-PC..folders.. .. Do a Restart..and remove all your Programs.. .. Shut the PC-off..and pull the AC-cord from the REAR-Panel.. .. Wait about 30-seconds..and OPEN-the Side Cover..be sure no LITTLE-Lights are LIT(LEDs).. When you have the Cover REmoved--PUSH-the Front Panel PWR. SW..as a safety..the PC--should NOT Start-UP.. .. Pull the PCI-expansion Cards..and the USB-cables.. .. Place the Side Cover Back ON..and secure it.. Plug the AC-cord back IN..Start the PC..and Sign-ON.. ReLoad your Security Software First..and then your secondary software programs.. That should be the easiest procedure..if it doesn't work...a FULL Re-install is necessary.. .. Check your Pagefile Size..I use a Custom Setting of 500-700 for my 2-XP Computers..and just ADD RAM Modules for better operation.. My Vista Machine uses 2-Gigs of RAM(800-MHz)..so my Pagefile is CUSTOM=600-900/ .. Learn to CLEAN your START Menu..run thru that configuration process to streamline some things you really don't use--I always unCheckBOX that LIST MY most Recently OPENED DOCS..//..and use all the CLEAR-buttons.. .. If you have the NET-Framework--2.0..look at RUNTIME--and CLICK--the RESET Button..reset all programs..that does help.. .. I use a 80-GB HDD for SYS. C:/drive..and I keep it cleared by archiving FILES/FOLDERS..useing Internal Storage or External HDDs.. .. RAM..//..333MHz Speed is really minimum at 512MBs useing a Celeron D Processor..for stuff like your Portable Music..and Photo Slide Shows..//Video Creation seem to "knock the pc apart"..Vista seem much better.. .. I prefer Pentium Products..and 1-Gig..minimum.. I think Vista Home Premium is 2-Gigs minimum.. [end]
